1 lg. cabbage, shredded fine
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped fine
2 lg. onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1 c. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar

Salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well and sit a few hours.
