4 lbs. cabbage
2 onions
1 1/4 c. vinegar
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Grate cabbage and onions. Mix all ingredients together. Makes about 1 gallon.
