HOT DOG RELISH 
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped cucumber
6 green or red sweet peppers
4 cups chopped green tomatoes
3 tbsp. pickling salt

Mix ingredients. Let stand overnight, turn and drain. Rinse with clear cold water.

3 cups sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. turmeric
1 cup water
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 cups cider vinegar

In a pot, mix remaining ingredients and stir until thick. Then add rinsed vegetables.

Cook 20 minutes.
