4 c. sugar
4 c. water
2 oz. instant coffee
1 qt. vodka
1 vanilla bead, divided in thirds

Boil sugar and water. After cooled, stir in coffee. Add vodka and vanilla; stir. Transfer to glass bottles. Place lids snugly on bottles, and DO NOT touch for one month! After time elapses, you may imbibe.
