SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/2 tsp. garlic
4 tbsp. parsley
2 lb. sauerkraut (blot dry on paper towel)
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix sausage and onion together. Add rest of ingredients. Roll into balls the size of walnuts, roll in flour. Take 2 eggs plus 6 tablespoons milk. Dip balls into egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
