SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
1 bag sauerkraut
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
salt, pepper & garlic powder, to taste

Mix all together, form into balls size of walnut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
