SAUERKRAUT SAUSAGE BALLS 
16 oz. sauerkraut, drained dry
1 lb. turkey sausage
3/4 c. oats, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 sm. onion, chopped

Fry onion. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape to form one inch balls. Bake on ungreased shallow baking pan in preheated moderate oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm. Yields about 3 dozen balls.
