SPICY SAUERKRAUT SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Pat excessive moisture from chopped sauerkraut with paper towel. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape to form 1-inch balls. Bake in ungreased shallow baking pan in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.

Yield 3 dozen meatballs.
