MEAT BALLS & SAUERKRAUT 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. rice, uncooked, rinsed

Mix together and form into meat balls about 2 inches and place in baking dish. Rinse 1 large can sauerkraut and Spread over meat balls. Add about 3/4 can water and sprinkle about 1/4 cup brown sugar over top. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
