CRAB CAKES 
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 drops hot sauce
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. fresh crab meat
3 tbsp. dried bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Combine first 8 ingredients. Stir well. Stir in crab and bread crumbs and shape into patties. Pour oil 2 inches deep in deep frying pan. Fry patties until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
