DEVILED CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs (1 slice)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Remove all shell from crab meat and combine with remaining ingredients. Form into cakes, brown in hot fat, 1/2 inch deep in skillet. Turn once, and serve piping hot.
