CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
2 lg. sticks celery, cut fine as possible
1 c. mashed potatoes
Bread crumbs as needed (usually 1/2 to 1 c.)

Mix together with fork. Add crumbs, small amount at a time, until mixture holds together. Bread with additional crumbs. Deep-fry until golden brown.
