DEVILED CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 pepper
1 onion
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 stalks celery
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, moistened with water

Mix all ingredients together and shape into cakes. Dip in eggs and milk and cracker crumbs. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
