CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. finely chopped celery, green pepper, red pepper and onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. bread crumbs (Italian)
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 large eggs

Mix all of the above ingredients together and place on baking sheets in round balls.

You can dip each ball in bread crumbs before placing them on baking sheet.

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
