8 wieners 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1 c. (1 lb.) green beans, drained 2 c. diced cooked potatoes Cut wieners into short thin strips. Sauté in melted butter in large skillet; remove. Stir flour and salt into remaining butter. Gradually blend in milk. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until thick and smooth. Add meat and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
