RHUBARB PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust
3 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell. Blend sugar, flour, salt, and butter. Add eggs and stir until smooth. Pour over the rhubarb. Mix 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup flour until crumbly. Cover top of rhubarb mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
