2 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. Coke
1/4 c. ketchup

Mix first five ingredients together blending well. Form into balls any size you wish. Brown meatballs, then place into a saucepan (large) with tomato sauce. Blend together equal amounts of Coke and Ketchup. Bake in oven at 350°F until sauce thickens.
