SEAFOOD AU GRATIN 
CREAM SAUCE:

3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. flour

Add flour slowly to melted butter. Cook over low heat 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 cups milk until sauce is hot and smooth. Add:

1 - 1 1/2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Stir well until cheese is melted and add to this sauce:

1 can white crab meat
1/2 lb. shrimp, cut in 1/3 pieces

Put in casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over rice.
