CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. bread cubes or crumbs
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. parsley or dried flakes
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of red or white pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, optional
1 tbsp. green pepper, optional
1 tbsp. minced onion, optional

Mix all ingredients and pat into cakes and fry in skillet.
