ROLL UP STEAKS 
8 sandwich steaks
1 can mushroom soup
1 box Stove Top stuffing

Fry steaks until just brown. Cook stuffing, also thin soup with 2 cans skim milk. Grease casserole dish lightly. Take each steak and roll stuffing inside. Place in dish in a row. Pour soup over steaks; add bread crumbs over top. Bake about 1 hour and 45 minutes in 300 degree oven.
