STEAK ROLL - UPS 
1 lb. round steak, pounded thin
Pepper to taste
Dash of garlic salt
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut steak into 6 pieces; sprinkle with seasonings. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spoon stuffing onto each piece of meat. Roll to enclose filling. Secure with toothpicks. Brown steak in a small amount of oil in large skillet. Add soup and 1 can of water. Mix and then simmer for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serves 6.
