GREEN OR RED PEPPER JELLY 
3 lg. green or red peppers
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. green or red coloring
1 bottle Certo

Grind peppers and save juice. Boil for 10 minutes with sugar and vinegar. Add cayenne pepper, coloring and liquid Certo. Stir well. Pour into jars and seal.

To serve: Spread crackers with cream cheese and top with jelly. Serve with any meat.
