PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 cup finely cut red and green and banana and hot peppers, finely ground
3/4 cup bell pepper, finely ground - remove seeds
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 (6 oz.) bottles Certo (no substitutes)

Bring peppers, sugar and vinegar to a hard boil. Remove from heat for 5 minutes. Add Certo. Add a few drops of green food coloring (if desired).

Seal in sterilized jars at once. Process in a boiling water bath canner for 10 minutes.

Banana peppers can be used altogether. Serve with meats and vegetables.
