PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. bell pepper (about 3 peppers)
1/4 c. cayenne or fresh hot pepper
6 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 bottle liquid pectin

Remove seeds from peppers, grind. Mix peppers, juice, vinegar. Add sugar. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Cool 2 minutes. Add pectin. Cool. Taste and add more peppers if you want it hotter. Add green or red food coloring if desired. Pour into jelly jars and seal.
