GREEN CHILE 
3 pork steaks
1 sm. can chilies (El Molino), hot or mild according to your taste
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste

Cut meat into small cubes. Trim off fat. Add garlic powder and salt to meat. Fry meat until well done. Add 1 can of tomatoes which have been cut into small pieces plus the juice of the tomatoes. (Do not blend.) Add 2 or 3 diced chilies to mixture. Add less or more chilies according to your taste. Simmer for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serves at least 6 people.
