GREEN CHILE 
4 lb. pork loin or chops, cubed & browned
2 lg. cans whole peeled tomatoes, chop in blender or mixer
2 lg. cans diced green chilies, mild
1 lg. can diced green chilies, hot
1 med. diced onion
Dash garlic salt or powder or 1 mashed garlic piece
Salt & pepper to taste

After browning pork (bite-size pieces), chopping or blending tomatoes, mix those ingredients with chilies and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Can cook day before used. Serve with warm tortillas.
