GREEN CHILE STEW 
2 lbs. lean chuck
Onions, chopped
Potatoes, diced
Green chilies, fresh roasted & peeled, frozen or canned
Garlic, minced - fresh
Salt (opt.)
Water
White wine (opt.)

Flour meat that is cut in small cubes and brown. Add potatoes and brown. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer at least 1 hour. Add hot salsa to taste, if desired. Serve with warm flour tortillas.
