1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
10 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes
4 oz. can mild chopped green chilies
16 oz. box Kraft Velveeta Mild Mexican cheese
1 1/2 lb. cooked and chopped chicken (white meat)

Follow instructions on back of soup box. After the soup has cooked add the other ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips, flour tortillas or corn bread.
