GRILLED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
Chicken
1/4 c. white wine (juice may be substituted)
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. dry mustard

Marinate chicken for 3 hours in butter, soy sauce, wine, tarragon and mustard. Grill 10 minutes or until tender and juicy, basting often.
