ORIENTAL GRILLED CHICKEN 
4 chicken quarters
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

In a medium bowl, blend mustard and soy sauce. Gradually add honey, stirring; then add lemon juice and ginger. Place chicken in a glass dish; pour sauce over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Place chicken on prepared grill, skin side up, about 8 inches from heat. Grill, turning every 15 minutes for about 1 hour, basting liberally with sauce during last 15 minutes. Chicken is done when fork can be inserted with ease.
