DEEP SOUTH OVENLY CHICKEN 
1 broiler fryer, cut up
1 c. packaged biscuit mix
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. melted butter

Wash chicken pieces; drain and pat dry on a paper towel. Combine biscuit mix and seasonings. Dip chicken in evaporated milk, then coat well with biscuit mixture. Place in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour melted butter over all chicken pieces. Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree moderate oven for 1 hour or until chicken is fork tender.
