WILLIE'S CHICKEN 
1 deep fryer
1 qt. butter (Crisco)
1 chicken, cut up
3 tbsp. Lawry's salt
3 tbsp. Garlic
3 tbsp. lemon pepper
4 c. flour (wheat)
1 bag

Cut chicken; season and put into the brown bag with wheat flour and shake. Heat up Crisco and drop in the chicken. Cook until golden brown for 15 or 20 minutes.
