SHRIMP MOLD 
1 1/4 tsp. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 can tomato soup
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 can sm. shrimp, deveined

Mash and drain shrimp. Place gelatin, water and soup in saucepan, bring to a boil. Add 3 ounces of cream cheese and beat until smooth. Set aside and let cool. Chop celery and green onion. Mix celery, onion, mayonnaise and deveined, mashed shrimp into mixing bowl. Add cooled cream cheese and soup mixture and blend. Pour into greased mold and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Great with Ritz or Triscuits.
