1 c. skim milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Miniature marshmallows

In microwave safe mug or cup, beat milk, sugar and cocoa until well combined. Microwave on high until mixture is heated through. Stir and serve hot with miniature marshmallows, if desired. The miniature marshmallows only add about 2 calories each and there is no extra fat.
