CHESAPEAKE CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg
Equal butter and oil to fry

Mix ingredients carefully. Do not mash crabmeat. Makes 6 or 8 flat crab cakes and let stand 10-15 minutes. Saute in heavy pan.
