TURKEY DIVAN (OR CHICKEN) 
4-5 cooked white meat breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. French green beans, frozen
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream or butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Pour hot water over beans until defrosted. Do not cook. Drain well. Combine soups, sour cream or butter, and lemon juice. Spread beans in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with chicken. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Sprinkle top with: 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese and 1/2 cup bread crumbs, dried. Pour 1 tablespoons melted butter on top. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 10.
