SAUSAGE AND CHEESE HORS
D'OEUVRES
 
1 roll hot sausage
1 brick sharp Cheddar (Cracker Barrel cheese)
3 c. Bisquick

Brown sausage and drain. Add cheese that has been cubed. Stir until it melts. Add 3 cups Bisquick. Stir. Make balls the size of cherry tomatoes. Freeze if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Happy eating!
