SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
Cut ribs into serving pieces and brown in skillet. Place in large pan, pour over sauce and bake slowly until done.

SAUCE:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 green pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. cold water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients and heat until thickened. Pour over ribs and bake, 300 degrees.
