PAULET DE NORMANDIE 
1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1 stick melted butter
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green onion tops or 1/4 c. chives
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Mix together lightly the first three ingredients, put 1/2 of mixture in a buttered 9"x13" casserole dish.

Mix chicken, onions, chives, celery, salt thoroughly and put in casserole over bread mixture.

Top with other 1/2 of bread mixture. Beat eggs and milk and pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. One hour before baking pour 1 can of mushroom soup over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake 10 more minutes.
