ITALIAN SKILLET BEEF 
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 c. carrots, sliced or diced
1 c. zucchini, diced
1 c. fresh green beans

Brown onion and ground beef. Add remaining ingredients, simmer covered until vegetables are tender. Serve over cooked spaghetti or cooked broad noodles. Excellent served with garlic bread and a tossed salad.
