8 oz. package cream cheese 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 8 oz. fettuccini, cooked and drained In large pan combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, butter and milk. Stir over low heat until smooth. Add pasta and toss lightly. You can add broccoli, chicken and/or shrimp. |
