FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. 100% grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of nutmeg and pepper

Microwave cream cheese, milk, and Parmesan cheese in a 1 quart measure. Microwave on medium 60% 6-8 minutes until soft and smooth, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in seasoning. Toss with cooked pasta (1 1/2 cups of noodles) or 1 small box.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
