GREEN BEANS AND CHEESE 
2 cans French cut green beans
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. or more grated onion
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and onion. Add sour cream gradually, then green beans. Place in greased casserole and put cheese on top. Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter and crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6-8 people. Can be doubled.
