GREEN BEANS AND CHEESE 
2 cans green beans
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated onions
1/2 lb. Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Optional:
2 c. cornflakes &
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 20-30 minutes. Melt 2 teaspoons butter. Mix flour, sugar, onion, salt and pepper. Add sour cream gradually with green beans. Cook over low heat. Place in greased casserole dish. Place cheese on top. (Optional mix melted butter with corn flakes and sprinkle on top.)
