GREEN CHILI/CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
2 lg. sour cream
Reg. can black olives, chopped
Reg. can green chilies, chopped
Can of chicken (larger than tuna can)
Approximately 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese (enough to cover top)

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Place in 9 x 13 pan and cover top with cheese. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
