RICE CASSEROLE WITH CHEESE AND
GREEN CHILIS
 
3 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped
4 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. grated Cheddar

Mix sour cream and chilis. Put layer of seasoned rice in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, then a layer of sour cream mix, then layer of cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Garnish with paprika.
