CHEESE, BEANS 'N' RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. white rice
6 slices yellow American cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 tbsp. dehydrated onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

Take 4 slices of cheese and mix into hot cooked rice until melted. Drain green beans and add to cheese and rice mixture. Add salt, pepper, and onions. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Cut remaining 2 slices of cheese into thin strips and criss-cross across top of rice. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
