RAMEN SALAD 
2 pkgs. Nisshin brand instant ramen
1 sm. head green cabbage, sliced
1/4 sm. head red cabbage, sliced
1/4 c. toasted sliced almonds
1/2 lb. cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 green onion, thinly sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
6 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Mix all dressing ingredients well. Combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss lightly. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
