RAMEN SALAD 
2 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 med. coarsely chopped, thinly sliced cabbage
24 green onions or equal white onin
Ramen noodles - dry (any flavor to go with meat choice)
Add - chicken or pork or beef

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 pkg. Ramen seasoning
Green pepper and sprinkle of garlic (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Add dressing.

Add dry powder last if making rest of salad ahead of time.
