CHICKEN RAMEN SALAD 
1 chicken breast
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Sm. head of cabbage
1 pkg. Top Ramen, uncooked
2 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Cook and shred chicken breast. Slice cabbage, toss with celery, green onions, sesame seeds, water chestnuts and almonds. Before serving, crunch up noodles and toss together with dressing.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 pkg. chicken
Flavor packet from Top Ramen

Blend well. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
